Concrete:
Columns are horizontally molded, with vertical molds used only in rare cases, such as for circular columns. Column molds essentially consist of a template base with a fixed central platform and movable side platforms. Mold sections of varying lengths can be operated individually or hydraulically via connecting plates along their entire length. Demolding becomes quite easy using an optional slide plate connected to the side platforms via a pulling mechanism. In this case, the finished concrete component rests on the slide plate along with the floor mold and separates from the central mold surface before being lifted out. Column molds can also be used as additional mold units for producing foundations. Prestressed units can also be integrated for producing prestressed concrete elements as well as heating registers. To compact the concrete, vibrators are mounted on steel side formwork or side frame grids.
