Our company's high-speed cylindrical feeder achieves material receiving and discharging functions through the rotating opening of the cylinder. Compared with traditional hopper-type feeders, it ensures that the concrete inside the cylinder is completely free of dripping and contamination throughout the entire transportation process, creating conditions for achieving a cleanroom. Our company has innovatively developed a mechanical turning structure for the railcar, reducing the turning radius of the feeder from the traditional 8 meters to 3.5 meters. This significantly improves the flexibility and safety of the plant layout and enables high-speed turning without deceleration, with a turning speed of up to 100 meters per minute, exceeding that of similar foreign products and greatly improving the turnover efficiency of concrete.

 

Our company, considering the actual production conditions of domestic PC factories, has upgraded the traditional 2m³ 8-door concrete placing boom to a 4m³ 12-door boom. This new boom boasts a larger capacity and wider placement opening, allowing for the simultaneous casting of multiple components, including extra-wide components (less than 3 meters wide). Unlike traditional booms that require back-and-forth movement, this significantly improves production efficiency. The placing system utilizes our proprietary high-power star wheel, offering advantages over traditional spiral placing systems such as reduced jamming, uniform and rapid placement, and adjustable placement speed. The positioning system employs laser positioning, allowing for parameter input via a touchscreen and automatic placement. Manual operation via remote control is also possible, offering flexibility and reliable precision.

The key features of this project include: a maximum material feeding vehicle capacity of 3m³, a maximum climbing angle of 5°, and a maximum operating speed of 100m/min.

The main components of the project were modeled in 3D, and Ansys analysis software was used to quantitatively analyze and optimize various stress states, ensuring high-speed and stable operation.

The concrete placing machine utilizes patented star wheel technology, is fully automated, and boasts a high placing speed, capable of completing high-precision placement of a 7m*11m bridge deck within 45 minutes.

The intelligent automatic ultra-high frequency (12,000HZ) vibration module can automatically and quickly complete the vibration of complex bridge deck edges, avoiding under-vibration and over-vibration. The equipment lining uses a new type of wear-resistant material, improving the equipment's service life and facilitating cleaning. This represents a successful development achievement in the UHPC bridge deck automated production line equipment.
